TEHRAN – On Friday, Iranian people in over 1,000 cities staged protest rallies to condemn the recent anti-Iran remarks by U.S. President Donald Trump at the United Nations.

“We strongly condemn the cheap, stupid and disgusting remarks by the ignorant U.S. president, Donald Trump, against the holy religious system in Islamic Iran and want the honorable Iranian officials to confront the inhuman tricks of the Great Satan, America, comprehensively,” the final statement issued at the end of the rallies said.
